Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Cancellation penalties are based on the I-House Terms and Conditions for Accommodation.

Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. Please be advised that all the lodging rooms including balconies, both in the East and West Wings, are smoke-free, in an effort to provide a healthier environment for our members and guests. Please use the smoking room next to the foyer in the basement and the area near the entrance of the Annex when smoking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Q. Is there an accommodation charge for children?
A. A child sharing a bed with an adult need not be counted for the number of guests. If you would like to order breakfast for the accompanying child, please do so at the restaurant.
Q. Can I send my luggage before check-in?
A. Please specify the arrival date / guest name and send to the following address. We will keep your luggage at the Front Desk until your arrival.
