This year marks the 50th anniversary of the reversion of Okinawa to the mainland on May 15, 1972.
In a joint exhibition with the Deutsches Institut für Japanstudien Bibliothek and the Bibliothèque de la Maison franco-japonaise, the I-House Library will showcase academic books on Ryukyu and Okinawa written in English, German, and French, as well as other literature revealing the areas of interest and research focus of each country.
