In celebration of the 2024 Paris Olympics, the library is diplaying books related to the Olympics until Friday, August 30.

The opening hours and dates of the library are being revised as follows for operational purposes, effective Monday, September 2.

Opening Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday through Friday)
Closed: Saturdays and Sundays There will be no change in the hours of the periodical section.

The library will hold a tour on Friday, August 9, 2024. We will introduce you to the library's usage. If you are interested in the library, please feel free to participate. Reservations are unnecessary.

The library will be temporarily closed on Saturdays during July and August for operational purposes. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Days closed:

but the periodical section will remain open on these days from 9 am to 10 pm.

[Library] Change in Opening Hours for Library Maintenance (from May 31, 2024)

To undertake maintenance work, the Library will have shorter opening hours on the last Friday of each month starting in May, as shown below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

Opening hours: 1:00 pm–6:00 pm
The periodical section will be open from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Maintenance days in 2024: May 31, June 28, July 26, Aug. 30, Sept. 27, Oct. 25, Nov. 29, Dec. 27

[Library] Grant from the Kasumi Kaikan (Fiscal Year 2023)

We are pleased to announce that the library has received a grant from the Kasumi Kaikan. As a result, we have been able to add 20 valuable books related to Japanese Studies, in the fields of humanities and social sciences, to our collection.
