The 21st century is an era of great change. What kind of person can be a real leader in such an era, what should we do to obtain such skills? Prof. Ishikura, who has observed many global leaders in various fields, will address these challenges based on her experiences including the topic of diversity.

Prof. Ishikura is a professor at the Graduate School of Media Design of Keio University. Her expertise is in global business strategy, competitiveness, innovation and global talent. She is currently a non-executive director of Nissin Foods Holdings and Lifenet Insurance Co. She has been a frequent speaker at management conferences, seminars and workshops throughout the world and currently is a member of the Global Agenda Council on Education & Skills of the World Economic Forum. Prof. Ishikura received her MBA from Darden School, University of Virginia, and a DBA from Harvard Business School. She has been a professor at the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, Hitotsubashi University, and at Aoyama Gakuin University and has worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company Japan.
